Iulia Didu, currently a fourth-year Law student and a Business Administration graduate, has demonstrated an enduring passion for scientific research and academic writing from the onset of her academic journey. This dedication has been substantiated through her active participation in a multitude of student competitions and scientific research sessions, underscoring her enthusiasm for staying at the forefront of legal advancements and contributing meaningfully to academic discussions and collaborative research efforts. 

Throughout her academic journey, Iulia has sought to deepen her understanding and expertise by enrolling in various specialised training course. Her commitment to academic excellence is further evidenced by her portfolio of published works. Among her notable contributions are the articles, “The Incidence of the Criminal Nature of the Deepfake Phenomenon – the New Form of the Perfect Heist?” and “The Path to Convergence: Reconfiguring European Legislation in Light of Technological Innovations. The Use of Blockchain Technology in the Banking Sector.”

Maria Enache is a fourth-year student at the Faculty of Law, ASE, and a graduate of the Faculty of Business Administration in Foreign Languages. Throughout her academic journey, Maria has actively participated in numerous competitions, events, and student scientific research sessions, thereby honing her skills and passion for scientific writing.

She has co-authored award-winning articles presented at scientific competitions, including “Legal Issues Arising from the Use of Artificial Intelligence” and “Smart Contracts and Blockchain Technology: A Comparative Analysis of the Legality of Their Application in the European Union, Romania, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.”

Sebastian Cofas is a fourth-year law student with a strong passion for scientific research. His dedication to academic inquiry is evidenced by his role as co-author of notable articles such as “The Incidence of the Criminal Nature of the Deepfake Phenomenon – the New Form of the Perfect Heist?” and “The Path to Convergence: Reconfiguring European Legislation in Light of Technological Innovations. The Use of Blockchain Technology in the Banking Sector.” Sebastian’s work reflects a keen interest in the intersections of law and technology, where he explores the legal implications of emerging technological phenomena and its intersection with the legal field. 

In addition to his research and writing, Sebastian is an active participant in workshops and scientific events organized by the Faculty. His engagement in these activities demonstrates his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
